Growing…

If it seems like we have been in radio silence on our website for some time, that’s probably because we have. Defining a new family normal with Jeremiah in preschool and Charis racing from this infant we met just after last Easter to a girl on the run today has been a wonderful adventure. Yet, just as the adjustment to a family of four is settling, it’s about to, umm, become unsettled again. Kim is due with kid number 3 in October! We found out she was pregnant on Valentine’s Day, a wonderful gift.

Child, we haven’t met you yet, but we are already praying for you. We are praying for you to be a healthy baby and a quick delivery. We are praying for your relationships with your brother and sister. We are praying for great joys and deep pains that are yet to come. We are praying for who you will be. And we are praying that Jesus will make us just like Him so that we can be a good mommy and daddy for you. But, most of all, we are praying that you will never know a day apart from Jesus. We love you.
